The description says it supports Sphero Edition and BB-8, yet they don’t appear on the app and cannot be found. Are they now paperweights?

Very fun, until all your work is deleted
Great app, very fun to use, until all your progress on a program is deleted. I spent the last hour coding a program to make my SPRK+ dance. It was really fun, but then I exited the program to the Sphero Edu “Programs” menu, then clicked on the same program. ALL OF MY CODING WAS GONE AND THE PROGRAM RESET TO WHERE I HAD LEFT IT SEVERAL DAYS AGO! EVERYTHING WAS GONE! This happened to me before, too. PLUS, I had programmed so much that it’ll take me at least 30 minutes to bring it back to where it was! PLEASE fix this ASAP! When this is fixed, I will give Sphero Edu a 5-star review.
Couldn’t use it
I was really excited when I got this app. I needed it for summer school, but when I downloaded it, I couldn’t open the app. It would automatically exit the app. I hate this.
Sphero doesn’t care anymore
I have Ollie. I went to re-download the app. I found out that this is the new app. It is so disappointing that they removed half of the features that I loved, like the trick pad and the easy way to edit different lighting patterns, as well as the ease of the app; you just had to open the app, connect, and you were ready to go. With this new app, you have to sign up, enter a password, and find your specific device, then realize they want to have the features. You can really tell that Sphero doesn’t care about their stuff anymore.

This sucks and is a scam.
You ruined the entire purpose of Sphero when I got it I was so happy but you idiots decided to brick my sphero by deleting the entire community. Look at scratch and think what you could have done.
Download glitch?
When downloading it took very long, my device downloads 1gb in less than 5 minutes but this one took very long. It might just be that I am using an iPad Air
