I can’t log in from the app

Idea

Please make it so you can change cover images because I am using maykit to upload my music and the give me a mouth as my image but I want my own images please add

I can’t wait for the next Gmail sign in update!!!!

Hi I just want to say, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ADDING A GMAIL SIGN IN!!!!!!!!!! We just heard that you guys would be adding a Gmail sign in on your next update. So Excited! Everyone was so disappointed with your app before the Gmail update was announced, but soon I’ll finally be able to login without having to give out my Facebook account (not saying that you’d share it, I just get a little annoyed when someone asks for my facebook. I haven’t got into the app yet, because the update isn’t released yet, but I’m looking forward to uploading my music to the world!!! Thanks again, bye.

Unable to register

Three options to register, tried all three, no success in registering. Very confusing.

Serious issue with management

Having needed to contact Spotify to have albums removed from my profile that were uploaded without my permission, I’ve come to realise that there is a serious issue with Spotify’s management team. There are no standard operating procedures. The ‘escalation team’ barely have any idea of what they are doing. I will be surprised if Spotify lasts. They simply don’t have a team that knows what it’s doing.

Rude support staff

Currently, the app doesn’t even work on iOS. This app and the ad studio suffer from poor management. Support staff aren’t trained properly, making this company a difficult one to spend money with.

Very good for artists

As an artist with a lot of streams, this app is super helpful. It shows data that can help influence decision making. It keeps you up to date with fans that put you in their playlists. Credit where credit is due.

By far, the best data of any streaming site

Spotify is leading the pack for a reason. It’s simply designed better. And the data we get is miles in front of any of the others. It’s not perfect, but it’s still very good

Cannot use Gmail to Login

I set up my account through a gmail login on my desktop but I cannot login to the app as there is no gmail option. Only Facebook and Apple options are available. Could you please update the app to include a gmail login?

Can’t Even Log in

Why make it so hard to get into your password reset my password made it a 40 word long password how is anyone gonna remember that and it’s not optimised for iPads 1 star if these are fixed then more people will download this app for the mean while this is not worth getting.
