Version 2.8.1 not user friendly
Much more difficult to use. Not user friendly. How is this an upgrade?
Tyre Wiz
I only have the Tyre Wiz tire pressure monitoring device. Came with my Zipp 3Zero Moto wheels. Love the wheels and find the Wiz useful in that checking tire pressure is so easy and accurate. But…I would really like to be able to check the tpms on my Apple Watch. Can SRAM develop a Watch app please?

Missing functionality
I’ve switched to 1x and it all worked fine until one day my rear derailleur connected to the app and decided to go to the default state which is ‘front is on the smallest chainring’. This caused it not to shift to the smallest cog. I wanted to unpair the front but didn’t have it in reach and the app doesn’t provide the way to do it! It costed me time, money and hassle to get it work, at the end it needed a complete removal of the app
Does not Work
SRAM does not load with newest update. Can not access any devices.
Awful
This app is a mess. Can’t add both dropper post and shifter to the same bike. Doesn’t detect components. It’s nonsense built over nonsense.
If I could put less than one star, I would
im a bike mechanic and working with this app is a pain in the a**. More than half of the time it wont detect composant. Using the axs button to wakeup composant does’nt work, shaking the bike, the composant, shifthing or do what ever is writring in the instruction does not help to detect composant. We try with other phone it does’nt help. Trying to update composant does’nt work. The interface is a pain… everything you try to do with this app does’nt work. They sell axs composant has a highend product but they cant produce a app that work with it. Give us a wire to plug in the composant and a computer program that work.
Hit or miss on powertap p1
I downloaded this app to update my firmware on my powertap p1. It freezes couple times before firmware updated. After that, it sometimes makes my right pedal dead with red light on(not paired with my computer) . Then I used the app to see if it will get paired, it paired and then didn’t get contacted after and red light staying on. The only solution that I blindly found out is that to leave your battery out for day or two and then put it back in. I also made sure that I turned off BT on my app so that it will not pair with my pedal Any solution ? I’m afraid to pair pedals with this app.
Verification email never arrives
I tried signing up with my personal email and through Apple. In each case I’m told a verification email has been sent and to check that before use. A day later I’m still waiting for a verification email from either source.
