Terrible

I’m getting cancelled twice on the same order. And you said that the reason for this is because I’m using a debit card from the Wells Fargo bank which is one of the biggest bank in the USA and it’s still can’t credit my account???? At least if my card is not available you should let me change the payment method not cancel my order twice I ordered this product for almost three weeks until it was out of stock.

The customer service is awful .. I placed an order on August 4th For some low top rick owens and decided to get them because they’re on sale and the school year was starting back around. I’ve been emailing them and calling them back and forth for 7 days just for them to keep saying in the emails “More information required” I gave them the information that was necessary , no tracking number no confirmation nothing .. it’s August 10th now and I have school on the 15th , they canceled my order and gave me my money back in a quick process but never order from this website. They have foreigners talking on the chat line so they can barely understand what your saying and overall I give this experience a 0/10 .. I know some people have good experiences with SSENSE but I’ll never order from them again.

Fake designer!

They truly deserve 0 stars but that’s not an option. I paid $400 for a pair of golden goose and they sent me FAKE SHOES! They were extremely cheap, ugly, looked nothing like what i ordered, said a Chinese brand on the inside, 1000% fake. They did absolutely nothing for the inconvenience. I shipped them the shoes back and i still have not received my $400 back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL SEND YOU FAKE DESIGNER!!!!!!!!

Do not buy from this app i ordered shoes in may and they never arrived and i refunded them and 2 months after i saw that they stole 224 dollars from me Do no buy from these people at all
