Great app & e-com. However, the fact that eu citizens have no control over what push notifications we receive and can’t opt out of them is strictly against privacy laws 😭

Good store, bad UX
The shop is great but the user experience is pretty bad if i were to be honest. I don’t understand why there is a need to be unique at the cost of the user.

Complete mess of an app
Not entirely sure when it was last updated to this rendition, possibly a year or so ago. But it’s an absolute shambles of an app to try and use! The decision to try and make their app different in it’s user interface to EVERY other big retailer’s apps makes me wonder one thing,why? It is the worst user experience from any shopping app I’ve come across and I have over 30 shopping apps on my phone alone. Far too “quirky” and complicated to use. Should definitely take note from companies such as End Clothing, Mr Porter, Matches Fashion etc when it comes to designing a user-friendly app. I shop with these businesses because of their ease-of-use
