I ordered a shoe from Australia from SSENSE, charged me $45 for delivery, i didn’t like the shoe and returned the item, when returning it, they again charged me $160, they are scammers in the name of fashion business, they are disgrace to fashion businesses, never buying from them again, Suckers
should implement a “favourite” button
i wish there was an option to “favourite” brands so you can go back to them, like farfetch does. otherwise, its a great app

Best Products, Great App, Fantastic Service
So happy with this app. I probably won’t shop anywhere else again for clothing and accessories. They have the best products and fantastic service. I live in Australia and my items arrived in just a few days with easy tracking. All items were of great quality and packaged beautifully. Bonus… sale items are so well priced for name brands.
Fix your availability on your websites
Bought my dream boots for my birthday. The Item was literally on the biggest sale and I managed to buy the last one available which was in my size, but then they cancel. they confirmed my order, charged me, took like a week to ‘process’ and then cancelled my order and refunded because they didn’t have it in stock by the time. Why would your website show it available if you didn’t have it in stock and even now for some reason the item still shows available on the site in the size I ordered, which I can’t buy because I have to wait for their refund to transfer back into my account. Unreliable, Long processing and response times.
