This app is horrible. The most difficult and unintuitive app I have ever used.

Super simple

It is super simple to log your workouts. Clean interface and I love the ability to add plates instead of trying to do math when your all worked up

Good - but could be more user friendly

Seems like a good app, but could be more user-friendly. I tried to set up the BLS 5-day split for my specific schedule, but instead de-selecting it to have it re-start for Mondays, it deleted the whole BLS 5-day program, and even after reloading the app it no longer comes up as an option.

Password selection does not work!

Useless app, when trying to signup and create a password, no matter what you put in it says "invalid password must have more than 6 characters no spaces." I selected an 8 character password with numbers and characters and large and small case letters and it still gives same message, so you can't even sign up! I have more than 6 characters and no spaces in my password and still getting same message! Deleted.

So easy to use, counts your weight, reps, has a built in rest timer that you can change to a set amount of time! Can log your workouts for the week so they are set up to go for the next day! Such and amazing app and it’s 100% free!

I used this for my shoulders day on my very first workout with that app and it was by far my favourite shoulder day I’ve had in a while!!!

Great app but needs some TLC

When you do machine or dumbbell exercises with 45lbs it shows up as “0”. The workouts also aren’t very flexible. If I change an exercise for one lift, it changes the workout that’s programmed into my schedule. Adding an apple watch app would also make the app more convenient I like that the app tracks total weight lifted and progress records.

Very helpful images for weights!

It shows a barbell and you can physically put the weight on the dumbbell, very helpful for visualizing what weight I need for my workout!! Amazing 🤩
