Easy to use and track !!!
There are many apps in the market that makes our journey even more complicated, I really find this app super easy to manage and track.
It’s so important for me to organize my workouts and also track my numbers, I got exited when I update my records here🙌🏻🙃
Great App with room for improvement
One you understand this app it is a great help in doing the Bigger Leaner Stronger Workout. What is missing is written and video explanation about the exercises. Also a tutorial as a video would be helpful. For that I would be willing to pay more for the app.
