The problem is that when they mess up your order, there’s no way to get any support or refund. And they very often mess it up. I’d rather use DoorDash and pay extra in exchange for some support.

Where to begin. Open the app and immediately pop-up talking you that you “ Uh oh, This order must be scheduled in advance. Please configure the order for a future time.” How useful. And it pops up every time you open it. Menu is a disorganized mess, no sense to it, displays random stuff they sell and gotta dig all around the app just to find the sandwiches. No rational way to add sides or even a description of what the ingredients are. Just a funky name for a sandwich and YOU figure it out. No Apple Pay, they want to save a credit card instead. Yah right, haven’t had enough of my cards exposed. And then you can’t order anyway, because now it still doesn’t like it that the time you picked is different from what you want. Hence, generic message that you have to go back and change the time. Of course, you can’t figure out WHERE that place is, lord forbid they make it simple to do that. After wasting 10 minutes and two events trying just to order a sandwich, I just drove to the location and ordered at the counter. This place seems to want to be hip and appeal to tech bros, but this app works like a drunk kindergartner designed it. And sad thing is, Popeye’s sandwich is literally half the price and SO much better, if just talking taste, heat, temperature, and prep. Prettier restaurant facilities, but if the sandwich falls so short I will head to ghetto Popeyes and sit at ugly orange molded seats with a delicious and simple fried chicken sandwich wrapped to preserve the warmth. Sad, maybe SB can improve, so much low hanging fruit, this app is certainly one of them.

its an easy integration with Apple pay but they do not have it, making u fumble to find and enter your card manually

I tried to redeem my points to get a free drink and the App would not allow it. I had to forfeit my points because I only had 1hr to redeem but the app would not allow show a small drink option.

Registering took too long and I couldn’t order right away without having to work through mobile app and mobile web

My daughter told me to get the app and load it on my phone me being a senior citizen. I’m always skeptical on this, but it seemed to work flawless. I walked into a Starbird and I got $10 off of my order because I took a picture of my last purchase receipt and it worked flawlessly good to go Starbird.
