Way too difficult to update card information
allergies
there is no way to note food (gluten) allergies! It would be helpful to have a note section or place to flag a food allergy to be safe.
Downloaded app
Didn’t receive the $10 off. This is my 2nd visit since downloading app and no discount upon ordering.
No Apple Pay
You have to store your credit number in the app (or take pics of your receipts) to earn points, and there doesn’t seem to be an option for Apple Pay. So many places have better systems than this, such as Nick the Greek.
Made it look like I ordered, then emptied my cart!
Clicked order pickup on the app, cart emptied and looked like the order went through — waited at the restaurant for 15min before I figured something was wrong. The app just emptied my cart without telling me! Terrible experience and wasted my time.

Shady. Adds tip sneakily without showing you
Ordered 2 salads and a drink and the app added a $5 tip without prompting me - no thanks. You don't deserve a tip for packing my food when I'm taking it to go and shame on this app for sneaking it in the total
Much worse than DoorDash
The problem is that when they mess up your order, there’s no way to get any support or refund. And they very often mess it up. I’d rather use DoorDash and pay extra in exchange for some support.
