Inconsistent logins and never worked 90% of the time.

This is the worst, most user unfriendlyand laggy app I have ever used. They can take reference from the dozen other streaming apps they have on their app but they choose not to. Every single action takes at least 1 sec response time. The picture quality when streamed on my TV is so low quality. It's so pixelated. Unbelievable. How is it the case when I'm using their 10gbps plan?! How do they get by selling this app to consumers??!!

The title says it all! The absolute worst. SingTel was so much better. For no reason StarHub wins the bid for EPL rights and have not bothered about providing the experience fans are seeking and used to. If I can rate zero I would

If someone sold faulty products in other industry it would be fraud, but Starhub consistently makes terrible apps with terrible broadcasts and gets away with this. Corruption and joke of a company

This app is so bad - paying for something that barely works. How do they still have the license for this?

I downloaded it several times on my tab and it simply doesn’t want to work. Waste of time. Fortunately I can still watch through my TV smart. Poor servicing……..

Why do you force users to login and authenticate using an APP when you already provide a physical set top box??? Nonsensical. Useless app. Probably a data and security risk too.

My parents were using the old fibre TV box. It was more responsive and user friendly. Simply key in the channel and it’ll load. Now, they have to go to the home page where it’s filled with info they don’t need or channels they didn’t subscribe. Have to go to Guide section just to watch tv. Select or change any channel and it’ll lag or stuck loading. Just give old people a break, why is it so difficult just to watch TV?

Mobile and TV apps are just terrible for 2024, everything is inconvenient.
