Embarrassingly bad
I cannot begin to describe to you how bad this app is. I won’t bother to list the bugs, poor UI and IX, or the lazy use of flutter/react native; they are too numerous to list clearly will never be resolved. The thing which really irks me is the fact that this is supposed to a TV streaming service - which I am FORCED to pay for with my home broadband - but which is not available as an app on Apple TV (although I imagine it wouldn’t work anyway, such is the depth of incompetence on display here). To make this travesty even more galling, this iOS app cannot airplay to my Apple TV.
The outcome of this sorry state of affairs is that I am unable to watch this paid-for TV streaming service on an actual TV. Apparently StarHub thinks it is acceptable for me to squint past the inexcusable laziness of their app and peer into the screen of my iPhone in order to watch TV. Presumably whoever heads their product team is a Singtel user.
Hopeless... just crashes.. tried on three different devices
Need I say more
What happened??
Every time I launch the app it quits immediately!?!? HELP!!
Crashes on every video play
Working before the update - now completely broken.
