Subscribed for premier league on the website, didn’t ask for payment information but order got confirmed. Tried watching on StarHub TV+ web app, got asked to download the app on my phone. Downloaded this app, and the app asked me to contact customer service to subscribe to premier league. ????? Do you just like wasting people’s time?

It’s quite embarrassing that an app by a “big telco” has 1 star rating on the App Store? Also what’s with the app not being compatible with Apple TV? Are we living in the early 2000s?

Fix it please you clowns. Regularly crashes, locks me out despite subscriptions valid. Keep having to delete apps on all devices. The most frustrating company to subscribe to EVER

This new app is horrible. Unable to watch on 2 devices at the same time. If you cannot deliver a decent product, please reinstate the old app which works.

I bought a Euro 2024 package to stream with the app. I get an error PLB - 300 message when I want to load any video. I contacted customer service through WhatsApp which couldn’t anything and told me to call 1366. I had 1366 on the the line for 40 minutes which ended up telling me someone would call me in 3 days. That’s quite a few games missed for 108$.

The QR code scanning not working in the app for iOS phone. So end up having to do login using username and password which is troublesome especially when doing using tv remote control for the login for tv.

This app is the worst of them all. You can’t figure out what is the issue. Paid for Euros yet I need to go and watch it on an illegal stream due to your incompetence.

Keeps crashing and giving error codes. StarHub likes to hype up this app by saying you can watch channels anytime anywhere but what’s the use when a tech company can’t even get the basics right. Scam!

Subscribed to Euro 2024. Paid $108 but can’t watch on Starhub TV+. Always said error! No matter how many times i log in and out. Damn frustrating Starhub!

This is the most temperamental app I’ve ever used. Constant error messages trying to watch a live game - just need to keep on trying and eventually the game comes on. If you then leave the app to read email/texts etc then the cycle repeats. Incredibly frustrating. Starhub happy to take our money for the Euros but deliver a pathetic viewing experience
