Very few exercises. There are no available exercises any of the muscle groups. Very disappointing for the price. Good concept but needs to be better for the price.
This app gets it right. Clear interface, easy to customise and challenging.
I've been doing exercise for years and am not easily impressed but I have to say there's always a first time. VT exercise routines as a whole are designed for beginners and the experienced in exercise. It's easy to use but versatile in that you can set it to your preferences. Love it.

Here you have 27 video illustrated Swiss ball exercises which you can organise into programmes if you wish or just work through as you go along. It's easy to use, straightforward, clear, and there is a diagram for targeting muscle groups if you want to tailor programmes. Perhaps not for a beginner as to get the benefit the proper technique is important, but a handy companion all the same if you want to use this equipment and don't have an instructor to remind you what to do. I don't normally like paying for apps especially that don't have reviews but this turned out to be a good investment! Thank you!
