Stark Stretch FAQ
Is Stark Stretch free?
Stark Stretch is not free (it costs 2.99), however it doesn't contain in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Stark Stretch legit?
🤔 The Stark Stretch app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
I've gone through one full body stretch and I'm looking forward to using the app on a regular basis as a cool down.
I wish the app would do a "left side" / "right side" stretch, although I was able to do 4 sets and just switch from side to side.
Additionally I find the stretch videos a little too subtle.
Lastly breath coaching would go a long way.
Everything aside it's a great simple app that has plenty of stretches and tracks your progress.
Well done and recommended!
Simple, smart, love it
This was exactly the kind of simple, smart stretching app I was looking for! Tried 3 others before this, now I can stop looking! Thank you!!
The only thing
I like the app, but what would put on the love list is a voice with timer warning you of time ending etc... So I could focus on the exercise instead of the time.

Was going to up the star I gave because I had a voice countdown and loved it. Made my stretching really effective because I didn't have to look at timer anymore. But it stopped working. Would like to know why?
Extra
Très bonne application.
Do not like
There seems to be no instruction for each of the stretches there also seems to be no flow to the routine and I don't like that at all. Also there's only one workout routine with this app not happy about that either. I would like at least three one for beginners, intermediate and advanced. If this app was set up like the app Yoga Studio I think it would be awesome.
Sorry just being honest I am looking for 15-30-60 min routines that I can do before/after I go for a run.
Great for beginners
Easy to follow
This is sort of useless...
So yeah, it has stretches. They are good stretches and the pretty fit girl is pleasant to look at. But the "videos" aren't more than gifs that don't explain anything. Sometimes the angle they took the picture from isn't very clear, so you aren't sure you are doing it right.
Also you can set up programs... Which they give you no explanation on how to do that so after about 10 minutes of doing it wrong, I figured it out but then realized it doesn't help.
The program still only shows you one excersise than stops...so you constantly have to stop what you are doing to choose the next one. And why are they even "videos" when, given what they show you they could have easily been pictures.
I regret paying for this.
Don’t buy… it is a scam!
App videos won’t download
I paid 4.99 for it not to let me see any of the workouts!!!!!!
Videos won’t download...worthless
I paid $4.99 for an app that won’t work... I’m not sure if the server is down or what, but the app will not download the videos therefore will not work at all...
Great for choice and timing
This app is great for building a stretching routine, timing it and tracking it over time. I just wish it had better descriptions of how to properly do the streches.
