Great app
I got this sometime last year and I'm really pleased with it. I don't like gyms though quite a sporty person. Rather than pay through the nose for a trainer, this is a much more cost effective option and it does the job well. I highly recommend.
Excellent
I have a couple of the VT Apps and they are excellent. Perfect for a veteran exerciser but also would be great for a beginner as the exercises are extremely informative. App support is also efficient as I had a slight problem with a download and App support came straight back and rectified it. Keep it up VT. 😁
