RUBBISHHHH!!!!!!!!!

This app needs to seriously go

Can’t even sign up

Would give 0 stars if I could. Can’t even sign up. Created an account and then when I clicked on sign up, it gave me an error code. Tried to sign in but then it says that I haven’t verified my account. Never got an email. Even after clicking on send email again. Checked my spam and everything. Still nothing. Can’t redo the account creation process because it says that the email has already been used. So they just have my email now but I can’t even access my account.

Login

I tried using the app many times, but every time it would glitch and give me the ‘505 Error’ page if I even tried to properly login. I didn’t even get to use the app once!

Lagging and poor service

This app lately can’t play ads and even ads could be played no silver stars earned. It has been months now but no app update or site maintenance albeit many users complained, it is really badly managed.

Watching ads to earn silver stars

I’ve been watching ads to earn silver stars. You’re meant to get 50 stars if you watch 5 ads. However, oftentimes I don’t get the correct amount of silver stars. This past hour, I watched the 5 ads and I got 10 stars. Can you correct this problem and make the app give out the correct amount of silver stars please?

After I watch the ads, no stars are collected.

Yeah like what I said, the app has been glitching to the point that no stars are collected even when I watch tons of ads. It has been happening for about 3 weeks now, my idol is promoting and I can't vote for them.

Crashing

This app can’t handle live voting and it crashes, doesn’t even deserve 1 star

Terrible

It’s bad enough it glitches constantly and takes ages to switch from one page to another but today I watch ads and get no points from it.. improve your app if you want to host voting for awards

Can’t handle Live Voting

I think ya’all know that your app can’t handle live voting. The app becomes so slow and it crashes. Not a lot of people can even vote, its either you fix it or just stick to pre-voting and make it 15%
