Got Hacked

the app got hacked and ruined voting for people. also hacker had access to details about users personal info including payment methods

I watched ads but the app not give me the silver + all the missions are disappear I can’t also login by my facebook account

It was a mess to understand and wouldn’t make me vote or message

what's the point of this app ??

i can't gain SSTs no matter what i do. i can't write posts, i can barely watch ads - and even when i can watch ads i never get the reward. how can you run an app like this when this is a problem for so many people ? please fix the app.

Can’t even verify the email!

Upon pressing the Resend Email the app crashes and I assume, never sends the email. How can I log in and access the app if it continues to crash all the time? At least changing the language to English was self explanatory.

I think it’s the worst app I ever encountered... been 2 months since I watch ads but don’t get any rewards. Tried everything and still not working, I contacted them and they didn’t provide help or solution... what’s the point of this app if you’re not able to give the “tokens” for voting?

Keeps crashing

Out of all the kpop voting apps this one is the worst. It repeatedly crashes. The format is all over the place. It could be a lot better. The Mubeat app is really good maybe you can take pointers from that one...

Will this app ever work

StarPlay seems to have completely given up on actually working at any point. I can watch 10 ads and it’ll be like votes? Nah I don’t think you need those. The rest of the time there’s a server error and I can’t open it

the stupid app won’t let me log in AT ALL

when i first got the app i could only log in using my facebook login but when i tried again it wouldn’t let me even after double checking my facebook settings, i even tried on another device and i still couldn’t log in
