Bait and switch

Shows 99p delivery until you add an item and then delivery price changes to £3.99… plus another service fee. Deleted the app.

Used to deliver from the Tesco and they have now stopped. Even though over a year ago they indicated more stores would be unboarded

Latest update introduces menu bug

The latest update has introduced a bug whereby not all the item categories are available.

Gone downhill

Ive used this app many times and dont usually mind the wait as it is a convenience. The estimated times in the past few months have not been anywhere near accurate. Today I placed an order which was delayed for the robot to turn up, not be able to unlock so had to contact support. When i did and then they got the robot open for me it was completely empty. Been told to wait 2-5 days for a refund as only option and no option to resend order with products i purchased. Gave me the prompt i need to uninstall which is unfortunate because i really did enjoy the convenience.

This was just a wonderful delivery. On time and great. The grandchildren loved it “can we have one please” their response

Great service

Great way to get goods we had forgotten, the children absolutely love watching the robots so was nice to get one come to our house. Was quick and easy to use and track it on its way. Would definitely use again

Using the robot

Was very surprised how quick and simple it was to use this app and collect our groceries. My daughter is ill at the moment so this was fantastic to be able to get what I needed without dragging her out of the house.

Does deliver to only some parts of the city.
