Minimum deposit

New update with minimum deposit of 100sar. Previously not this high. Dissapointed.

Bad technical use

i am unable to receive calls or sms and it got in the way of a lot of things in my daily usage and my online purchase purely disappointing how it keeps blocking me for loging in to my account

Crash

The apps suddenly kick me off from the system and I’m unable to login after entering my information.

Update problem

After i update my stc pay apps im unable to add money to my account. It keep on telling transaction decline, transaction not permitted to card holder. When i clarify with stc customer care they told to contact the bank. When i contacted the bank they said no problem with my account. Both side keeping me hanging with no solution

Time to add dark mode to the app

Thank you STC for this wonderful service. It’s so much helpful to me even while I’m outside KSA.

Poor service

The app is always on scheduled maintenance. How can I use my money then ?

Always having system updates and because of that u cant use ur own money during the update time which takes more time than they said last update is today suppose to end by 9 am and now its 12:20 and still can’t login through the app and can’t use the cards Im really disappointed and I’m going to change to another e-wallet

Service no more good

Now no more good at all.. always have problems with stc pay apps account.. cannot transfer money.. even to login the account also always have probs.. i would not recommended this service to others..

Why supporting Hindi

When there is update , why you give info about the update in Hindi. Why not in Urdu?

To those who read this

I have 2 times transfer using STC pay, Direct Bank, from 🇸🇦 to 🇲🇾, both taking for 15days to be received. Too long process and unrealistic as per advertised. So who’s wanna try, please try with minimum transfer for first try. Then later you will regretted! TQ
