Securely transfer money internationally, directly to bank accounts or to be instantly picked up in cash at any Western Union location.

Card-less ATM Withdrawal:
Withdraw money from ATM machines using your mobile only and no cards.

Create a Shared Account:

No longer as good as it used to be.

You are no longer able to transfer money from an international card using Apple Pay or by manual card entry details. I called customer services to try and determine the problem, and they insisted there was nothing wrong with the app and rules remained the same. This is a huge disappointment. I hope they provide some clarity on the matter or try and resolve it soon.

لا انصح فيه سهل الاختراق و تم سرقة محفظتي و اختراق كامل الحساب ولم اتمكن من ارجاع المبالغ الذي كان في المحفظه حينها

I would never use stc pay again

Such a bad experience

Transaction fees expensive

They recently applied transaction fees on bank transfer which is too expensive. More expensive than normal banks. This is ridiculous!

No option to log in

You can only create account , no option to log in. Terrible experience, a national level app and there customers can’t even login

Many issues and bugs

Every time I explain to customer service that apple pay not working in the app regarding to some issues in their behalf but they keeps on saying the same thing again and again without caring what is my real problem is.

التحويل الدولي

التطبيق ف بدايتها كان ممتاز لكن التجربة الحالية جدًا سيه ولم تشجع ف استخدام التطبيق ثاني المره الحول تم وصل المبلغ خلال ساعات والحين مر ٦ ايام ولم يصلني شي. مع العلم تم رفع ٥ بلاغات ع المشكلة خلال ٣ ايام متتالية ولم يتم حله ويرد الموظف الخدمه نحتاج من ٥ - ٢١ يوم تم تعطيل وانا بحاجه المبلغ لكن حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل
