السلام عليكم احتاج منكم اصلاح البرنامج و بسرعه فضلا وليس امرا لان انا عندي رقم جديد باسمي كان عندي رقم قديم وبعد باسمي بس الرقم القديم مو معي ولا استخدمه لي شهر احاول اغير من الرقم القديم للجديد يطلع لي رقم سري واذا ضغط اني ناسيه عشان يتغير يجيني كتابه على انه في خلل ف رجاءً نزلو تحديث باسرع وقت او حلو مشكلتي معى هذا الشيء

Fails to deliver physical card Terrible app and customer service

I have ordered my physical card for ATM 6 month ago and raised several complaints and they mark them as resolved without doing any action .

Verification issue

Tried to sign up, when I reach the final step I got notification that my identity can not be verified. I called the customer service, they told me to go to the immigration office to make my name in English as it is in Arabic.😂 I told him it is the same and I did not have this issue with any other bank or Wallet.He kept repeating the same sentence and asked me if I have any other issues 😂

الدعم الفني وخدمة العملاء سيئين

الدعم الفني و خدمة العملاء لهذا البرنامج سيء جداً تجاوزت مدة شهر وانا اتواصل معهم لاعادة تعيين كلمة السر لاتمكن من الدخول للبرنامج ولا يوجد تفاعل و مع ذلك قد نبهتهم انني متضرر ولا حياة لمن تنادي التقييم -10000

Bugged

The app is bugged, when ever I try to send a simple number of 1000 sar it exchanges it millions of dollars and gives me a invalid amount error. It’s been like that for weeks now. Fix it please.
