Erin’s workouts are easy to follo and target every muscle group. Each workout is unique so you don’t get bored. Any fitness level from beginner to advanced would benefit from this app. I’ve been doing the program for almost a year and still look forward to it. Highly recommend.
I have had the pretty muscles app since the day it was released. I have tried many other apps and nothing compares ! Everyone needs to get this app now, it’s a game changer!
We have a family Apple account and even though we paid for a year, only one person can use the app on their phone. They want us to buy one for each individual even though we have a family plan. It just defeats the purpose for us.
The workouts and plan itself is great. The app though crashes, doesn’t count your workouts, leaves the workouts randomly. All of which is very frustrating. I’ve tried to make a post in the community for a couple of days for the Fiesta challenge and it just crashes when I try to post. The app isn’t that cheap and for the cost I wouldn’t expect these kind of bugs
Very easy to follow along to her workouts, and I really love that you can press the “i” button to preview all of the exercises for the day before you begin. With other fitness apps, when you have a rest day, that is where I would stumble and start skipping days. Erin always says that a body in motion wants to stay in motion, and tells you to go do something active on your rest days (in addition to your tabata). This has really worked for me because if Erin is telling me to do my 4 minute tabata (at the very least), then I’m going to do it, and I’m going to feel great! It has helped me to reach 28 days without me feeling like it’s a chore. Like Erin says, we have the gift of movement, and she’s changing the way I view exercise. In only 28 days, I’m down 21 pounds and my body shape is changing. I feel stronger, more capable now that I’m learning the movements , and I look forward to my workouts. Only problem is the videos for the tabatas are half covered by the timer.

I have purchased the app, signed up and paid for the fiesta Fitness which begins tomorrow and I can’t access that part of the app. Can anyone fix this for me?
The combination of eating plan and exercises works incredibly well. The meals are really satisfying - even my husband likes the recipes (mostly). The workouts are doable and I’m motivated, feeling more energetic, and seeing a difference on Day 3!
First of all, if you are looking for a fitness trainer who oozes inspiration and motivation to become the best version of yourself physically, emotionally and spiritually, Erin is the one!!! ...and if you are not able to train with her in person, THIS APP is the next best option!!! So many varieties of workouts for all levels of fitness, featuring fun timers and progression scale. Erin explains the movements thoroughly and does the workout with you. Also LOVING the nutritional section with yummy recipes AND grocery list. I’m finally learning and understanding how to manage macros to help me reach my goals. TOTALLY worth Erin’s monthly or annual membership to build and maintain your ‘PRETTY MUSCLES’, whichever suits you best.
