Restore function not working
Purchased the lifetime access to all content, switched phones and tried to restore my access - nope, not working. Wants me to pay again for lifetime access… no thanks. Can’t even find support to help fix this!

Bought the Forever VIP
I liked this but Make users who bought this before its renewed restore their old purchase coz its hella expensive and i bought the vip sumn . Its really disappointing.
Paid already and it asks again??! Scam
I paid for VIP but then when it updates the app or changes name, the “restore” function doesn’t work and it asks you to pay again.
Don’t buy VIP! Lifetime Membership NOT Supported!
I paid $20 for the lifetime membership with their initial app called “StoryArt” then they stopped supporting that app and created this new one and renamed it Artory. They say that you can restore previous purchases but you CANNOT. Total waste of money and really shady business tactics. Don’t buy anything premium from these developers, they’re just a bunch of scammers and will probably do the same thing later on with this app too.
Buyer beware!
Paid for a lifetime membership on their old platform and now I’m told that if I just “make these few purchase” - NO PRICE GIVEN! I’ll have my “LIFETIME” Subscription renewed. What a scam!
STORYART TO ARTORY
I purchased storyart and now this app is no longer available - it told me that if I downloaded Artory I would get my VIP restored purchase. Nope. Nothing saying I have to pay again!
Developer cancelled service & did not offer refund
I paid for an annual subscription, and the developer did not follow through with updating the app but rather instead asked users to download and pay for a new app as the original app was discontinued. The cost was $23.49, and the developer was supposed to transfer/restore purchases from the previous app to the new one. My purchase was not restored and instead the developer wants me to pay another $23.49 for the new app. No email communication or notice was given to users. The app just stopped working, and the developer did not honour its promise to transfer/restore purchases to the new app. I do not recommend this app or the developer as this is a breach of trust and just terrible customer service.
