I had bought the app in 2020.
Now it doesn’t seem to restore the app purchase. Please advise
Good templates but absolutely unusable
I thought the StoryArt app will help me and purchased the membership too, but instead of reducing my work, it instead increased it, made creating a simple story also very difficult and time consuming! I tried creating a cutout video first, chose the 19 pics in the right order with a lot of effort, but the app doesn’t not move past beyond the selection of pics. I tried this with multiple cutout templates and different photographs too but none of them worked. Post that I thought creating a story would be easy at least. I chose a valentine template as I liked the photo format on its right and tried editing it to make it work for a birthday but despite the VIP membership, many of its elements were not editable. Somehow managed with the current template and added my text, but when I posted the video as my story, I saw that my text was upside down with the last para first and first para last. After republishing it several times, I realised I would need to turn my text upside down somehow for it to appear it right. I think this is one of the worst story creating apps I have used, making the user’s life know difficult than easy. There are some good templates in there, but what’s the use if they aren’t usable.

Unrecognized Charges
I recently bought this app Artory which said vip forever I paid 1799 I bought the app. I got a msg again saying I am charged 849 which says yearly subscription, I don’t understand how I can be charged like this, I am using this app for so many yearly and I am vey disappointed with this kind of unrecognized charge on me. Pls do look into this matter and resolve it for me . Thanks
Great utility, but only when paid
Many exciting pre-arranged ideas that save a lot of time and are exciting. Some features though still were missed; controlling the timing text is visible being one.
