My app can’t operate anymore. I even can’t upload photos to any templates like before. Please help me to fix this problem. Thanks

Hi Dev Team, I was subscribe lifetime pro version since 2019 and now i cant restore my purchase. Please help, thank you.
MISSING WRITINGS
I don’t know how to get contact with the developers. I’ve sent email to them once and said that my feedback is being reviewed on Oct 2020 but sadly there is no reply until now. I just have a quick questions, everytime I type, there are many writings missing when it is saved. So why??? This has never been fixed. Oh in case if you wonder what my phone is, it is iPhone 11 and always connected to wifi so yes it is automatically upgraded. And also I paid for the Lifetime Membership. Gosh, small mistakes but HUGE IMPACT!!!!!! Because of this, I seldom wear this and use CANVA instead. Wasting money!

Thank you so much for giving free, many other applications are free at the beginning and then paid. This application is very good and satisfying, although there are paid ones but the free ones still provide the best.
