I bought this app because it looked like it has nice features, but this is complete disaster and totaly useless. It even doesn't work unless I turn on Breathe application on Watch, it doesn't measure anything until I press the app on my iPhone. I have days that it doesn't measure anything. Waste of money
Forcing you to buy with out even showing what are you buying. They calculate and on next step they start calculating past days, and there you are blocked, to do that you have to pay the app! So no demo no nothing, just jour trust and money!
Unless I’m asleep I’m typically showing signs of overwhelmed. Can’t trust. I know lighting factors and the fit or wearing watch have play . Try different ways always stressed.
The best HRV app I’ve tried yet and what it shows matched how I feel which I can’t say for all the other apps I’ve tried, but it processes data kinda slow and I get alerts 15-17min after so if the devs could fix that I will update this review to 5 stars which it deserves! You will be happy with this app!
I love this app. It is so helpful for me to get an idea of how stress levels are affecting me. I live with bipolar disorder and any kind of feedback on what is going on in my body is helps me to take care of myself. I live in my head and it’s easy to forget to pay attention to my body. One of the notifications is actually Pay attention and that reminds to consider what I could be doing to help my stress. Sometimes I get confused as others have said in reviews thinking that it’s telling me how I’m feeling but when I’m doing Great is when I’m under stress and I’m handling it well. That is good for me to know and consider how to keep that going. The customer support for this app is awesome, so helpful and responds quickly. I really love how you can keep track of how you’re doing during the day but also review the week and even go back over time to see patterns. Also, learn from how your sleep and exercise affected how you were handling stress. I won’t ever stop using this app, it is well worth the money. A reminder to get present and consider how you’re taking care of yourself and how you could be doing better is valuable information.
This app has helped me to know when I need to be mindful of my stress levels. There are times where it’s missed some times that I’ve really been struggling with anxiety attacks and it didn’t pick it up. In these cases I put a note in to properly describe what was actually happening at the time vs what the app picked up. Overall I love that it works in conjunction with other apps and puts everything together in one place.
I do like the app, yet there are times it doesn’t show when I know I’ve been under stress. It has actually not recorded for a day and I have to restart my phone to make the app work. Hmm… can’t tap the stars. I give this app 3 stars.
No where in the description of this app does it mention that a subscription is required to use it. You aren’t able to see anything unless you start a subscription.
forces you to pay to use the app, dont put it for free on the appstore next time.
