Only if the price was back to what it was previously i would have used it but now i am looking for alternatives cause of the price hike
Very good app but very very very expensive
This app uses HRV very well to measure my stress levels and the alerts are quite timely. They have been improving the app quite regularly and the reports are also very helpful.
Tried installing this twice after scan it says something went wrong. Although i have given all access to my health app.
I really like this app. Haven’t gone full mode yet but probably will soon. It seems to know when I am stressed. I would recommend to anybody.
I like the app well enough, and it seems like it's ok, but I frequently get assessments of 250+ ms HRV, and that's just not possible. The developers told me in a support ticket that these scores aren't counted, but I've come to the conclusion that I don't trust the UI. I've uninstalled this app after several years, multiple phones and multiple watches doing the tracking. I'm not sure any stress app is any more accurate, but I don't trust this one. Frankly, between this and the sleep tracking, I think I want to go back to Android devices. They seemed to be far more accurate and complete for health tracking data.
I love the insights I get right on my watch. I’ve been able to shift my activities from information on the app.
This app has been very interesting in tracking my stress. It’s made me aware of just how stressed and overtaxed my body is on a regular basis. The only thing I wish it could do is take a pulse of how my body normally is and then alert me to times when my body is in extreme stress, compared to a normal body.
