I have been using Structured for about 2 years, and decided to go for the lifetime subscription. It is easy to use, with options to set it as a one time thing, recurring (non-stop or up until a certain date), and set subtasks. I love that I can set different colours, and group tasks according to colour. I do have some minor issues though:
- no overview of a week or month planning. You have to scroll day to day
- no search function, e.g. I want to find out when I’m doing something, I gotta know when-ish it is happening.
- icons can be a wee bit limiting, but not a huge issue.
- I love the function that allows me to move tasks to another time, or date, without going into the edit mode. However, it is hard to set the time correct, I feel like an enlarged function will be useful.

I would like to think this is a good app. Ever since I started using it, it has helped me improve my schedules and plan days. Only big issue is that once you delete something, you can’t undo it. I was setting the time for the rise and shine, and thought I pressed time. I accidentally pressed delete and set it to all. I couldn’t restore it and I didn’t want to type it and set it for every single day for the rest of the year. I had to reset it in the end. Amazing app but it HAS to fix the this issue soon… :/ please improve
See Your Day in a Timeline
I've been using Structured for a bit more than a month and it's been great in helping me time block and see the gaps in my day where I have time.
I even use it to schedule time to relax, not just for productivity and work. I juggle several google calendars, but Structured just takes the calendars that I've synced to my Calendar app and adds it into the app. I love it, and I'm excited for the new features to come!
I'm hoping the calendars can sync 2 ways soon~
Thank you for the one year scholarship whilst I'm working things out monetarily. :) I'll definitely jump for a lifetime plan as soon as I can!
Heath Chio - Structured makes my life efficient
Structured is the only organiser app that resonates with me. It’s design, colors, and ability to set fixed schedules by weekly or monthly makes me so much more efficient!
It will be even better if we can plan by month or for longer period and Structured will be phenomenal. I highly highly recommend using the paid version of this app.

Details not showing on watch complication
Hi. Really like the app for planning. But I realised for Modular Watch face, if I use the middle complication, the details of my tasks and schedule are not showing…
Overall great app, but..
I find it unnecessarily troublesome to select the task start time. When you are planning your task for a day, you either scroll through the whole time period from morning to night, or you randomly select one start time and drag the task to its correct time later (which is VERY difficult to accurately land on the specific time you want). I get that hiding the time between tasks let us focus on the existing tasks more, but can you give us a way to view the day’s full timeline? Then drag-to-reschedule will be easier, and can let us directly create the task from the specific time slot (rather than needing to scroll thru the time wheel from day to night…)
Also is there any way to hide the “answer email” hint when creating new task?? This hint distracts me and make me forget what i was about to write lollll
Enjoying this app, but widget is blurred since 2 days ago
My widget for my daily tasking has been blurry since 2 days ago and I just want to know how to fix it? I have tried removing and adding widget but doesn’t work.

Very bad. Whenever I tried to change the time, it keep jumping by itself. It was the only problem but this was its main function. I would rate it 0/5 if possible
Unable to write into Google calendar
Easy to learn and use and the UI customisation is great and has that “Apple” feel to it.
The only major downside is that it’s unable to sync a task created in Structured back to the Google calendar, even with Pro version.
