As someone who recently stopped being in denial about having ADD/ADHD this app has made me so productive and caused domino effect in how I handle completing tasks in other areas of my life. The UI is satisfying and intuitive to use as you can drag tasks to specific times of the day. Plus you can copy tasks from previous days, so if like to plan your days in advance it becomes very simple.
Critiques:
However, as a data-driven person I would love to see analytics on scheduled basis about how many times I complete a task or how long it takes to complete a tasks.
In addition, for tasks that occur and the same time (overlapping tasks) , could you show the tasks side-by-side because it will illustrate habit stack in your day a lot easier than just having the tasks muddled up together in 1 column
Love the app and have a suggestion
So far I am loving the app, I am able to timetable my studies.
But as someone who is a master procrastinator I would like this app to add one more feature. Can the app check at the end of the days how many tasks have been ticked and ask if the user would like to move the unfinished tasks to next day or some other day. And then make a pie chart of how many tasks planned vs completed. And some motivation quote like “you could do better” or “you have killed it today”.
Would be forever grateful for this feature maybe will improve my procrastination.
Amazing app
I have tried at least 20 different planning apps and this one is in my opinion one of the best, because you can do a lot of things without having to pay. The general design is made so it can have an aeshetic look or a darker one depending on your colour preferences. The only thing is that there are some features the free version doesn't include like recurring tasks which would make it even better but overall it's really an amazing app.
Decent app
It's a decent app that fits somewhere between a regular calendar app and a school timetable app. I do prefer this kind of calendar to a grid. In fact I'd call it more of a time manager than a calendar.
The app is for blocking out a day with tasks. That's not what a calendar is for. A calendar is for events and appointments. So this is different, and it's best used by keeping your planned tasks distinct from your calendar entries. You can use multiple 'calendars' in different colours to do that.
I haven't been able to install it on my iPad since version 2.x because of a Watchkit error, but version 2 seems fine.
Really helps!
Structured really helps me stay organised and productive. Before, I would find myself on my phone doing nothing, but now I get lots done!
Absolutely Adore
My favourite app for scheduling, I've been using it for over 2 years, however... The one thing that has been bugging me is how laggy this app has been for me recently. I was adding to my schedule, and the app started lagging really badly when I was adding to do's... Is this a "me problem,, with how it's currently running? - But besides this, 100% adore this app, best one out there, and is good for people who have to stick with schedules (:
Please please let us have search feature!!!
Love the app butttt can’t search It’s important and make the lovely app hard to manage with many schedules
Very nice app
It’s very helpful and I love being able to change the colours and the widget options. Could we be able to adapt the widgets if we like though?
For example, I would love to have the all-day tasks on my large widget showing its title and a circle to tick it off.
And can I not see tomorrow’s tasks only my widget, so only want to see today’s tasks.
The complete package
I'm very diligent, when I decide I want something, I take my time researching. All research pointed to this app, and this app hasn't disappointed.
love this!
I’ve only had the app a couple days but I love it already. I would find it really helpful if I could use the structured AI to help me plan because I’m always super busy and a lot of the time I can’t reasonably sit down and work out what I’m going to do because there’s just deadlines everywhere! the app is super neat and it helps you tidy up what and when you need to do and even helps you schedule - I’m a student right now and I’m super glad they do a scholarship program because it’s a little hard for me to justify but I will definitely be buying for my second year of A-levels!
