ATENÇÃO ao pagamento.
Gostaria de fazer uma reclamação sobre a experiência que tive com o aplicativo de estilo e coloração pessoal. Ao entrar no app, é solicitado que você faça uma assinatura, o que não foi um problema para mim, pois não esperava que fosse de graça. No entanto, após pagar a assinatura, fui surpreendida ao descobrir que precisava desembolsar mais dinheiro para acessar funcionalidades como a análise do tom de cor e estilo. Fiquei extremamente insatisfeita, pois as regras de acesso e os custos adicionais não eram claras para o usuário. Acredito que deveria haver uma comunicação mais transparente e detalhada sobre todas as condições e pagamentos envolvidos. Gostaria do meu dinheiro de volta. Atenciosamente.

Péssimo app. Comprei e não tenho acesso! Já fiz diversas reclamações por e-mail e pelo próprio app, solicitando o reconhecimento da compra e liberação de conteúdo e até agora NADA! Já se vão 10 dias de conversas sem resultado! Será que vão me reembolsar?

Não existe versão free reduzida. Você só responde às perguntas sobre objetivos, dificuldades e estilo, e precisa pagar 🤑🤑 pra ter qualquer resposta ou acesso a qualquer recurso. E é caro! Não é pra mim. Nem perca seu tempo baixando esse app. Eles podiam perceber que em vez de gastar tanto com anúncio, poderiam melhorar o custo, ou fazer uma versão de entrada gratuita: funciona muito melhor como marketing! 😉
