I’m still figuring it out but it’s fun and interesting.
Worse app ever
I gave it a 1 star because I paid for the full version and it does not give you access to everything. If you want access you have to pay another subscription. When would they stop? How much more money do you have to pay to get the full access.
Terrible if you’re plus size
The app keeps giving me suggestions that aren’t even available in my size. The only things it has shown me in my size are really ugly tee shirts that are a terrible cut for my body type. This was a complete waste of money and a very frustrating experience.
Impossible to cancel.
The app instructs you to cancel by following links and options that don’t exist. You cant cancel on the website. It’s a total scam - save your $$, email address, and credit card info.
Waste of money
I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I also don’t normally have such negative experiences with apps I subscribe to. The initial quiz is thorough and seems promising, but the actual product is lackluster at best. It’s full of grammatical errors and complete nonsense AI text, the style suggestions are not at all reflective of my quiz answers and preferences; it’s a waste of money and time. Additionally, the link to their so-called “Help Center” that subscribers have “24/7 access” leads to a 404 not found error, which is honestly so telling about this careless, misleading scam. I contacted the help email, but I’m not holding my breath for a refund given the absence of quality of the product and apparent customer service. It’s a shame I won’t get back the time I wasted either. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
Not personalized at all!
None of the choices are personalized. Its just a random shopping list. The computer cannot give an accurate color analysis. It typed me in my worst colors! I selected a body shape and every item it suggested was for an opposite body shape. And the style I selected brought up results for the opposite of what I chose. AI just doesn’t work! It’s just a bunch of trendy stuff thrown at you. It would be easier to just browse social media to buy things. It failed on all three areas: color, body shape, and style!! Zero stars!! Now I have to hope I can get a refund since I had the app for a half hour instead of the three months I paid for.
Just downloaded and also just cancelled
I can’t believe you only show 8 color swatches that match my coloring and additional color swatches have to be purchased. So limited it’s almost useless. Also really don’t like the very limited outfits suggested. Really sorry I just spent money on a three month subscription as I used it a total of 10 minutes before cancelling.
Impossible to cancel service
I have emailed with no response and I have checked my subscriptions on my phone which style DNA doesn’t show up. I’ve been paying for this service for several months because it is impossible to cancel. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS APP.
Deceptive pricing and unfavorable features
I was charged an additional $12.99 that was not advertised when signing up. As advertised the app did identify my color palate but aside from that the clothing recommendations are very limited and offer very little options in terms of retailers and styles. In addition I wasn’t sure if this was a subscription and have attempted to reach out to customer service on the app to verify the account and it is not easy to do. Online when submitting via “contact us” submitting my response results in a “server error” message.
