worst styling app ever. I am asking to get my money back. this app is not analyzing your corrwct colour palette nor does it make appropriate style suggestions. it's really more of an advertising app for brands. I wish they would truely go for their promise, the idea would be great.
I cancelled the free trial and still got charged Tried to contact them many times but no reply whatsoever, this app is the biggest scam and you have to pay for everything There is no way to get in touch with them either
Like other users I was told I needed to pay. Ok so I did, and then realised I needed to pay even more for the colour palette. I actually only really wanted that, so felt really cheated. Anyway. Moving forward I downloaded the app, but it won’t even work. I keep getting an error message. So I paid for style advice that wasn’t exactly what I wanted (ie no colour palette) and I can’t even see it anyway. Piece of garbage
With the premium version, you only get 8 colors. All other colors you have to pay again. The suggested styles are horrible. My age is 39 and the styles are for a 15 year old teen girl.
It‘s a cool idea, but after entering all the details you have to buy a subscription (at least 3 months) to get any results. Then, after subscribing and seeing results, you have to pay again to get your color palette. Since the color palette was the main reason for me getting this app (why would I need a subscription?y color palette probably won‘t change!), I felt a quite tricked, which I hate. I didn‘t move forward and deleted it.
Expensive and even with a “Premium ” subscription you don’t get the full experience. Additional costs for a full color palette. Once you took your photo no way to exchange it or take a new one. Room for improvement. But overall a fun app to get an idea about styling and color types.
It makes you the advertisement of the clothes, that’s all. And asks for more money if you want to have more suggestions. Such a trip! Please refund me!
The cheapest version cost 40.- without even being able to test it!!!
Your cant even use a free trail or anything to see if the app is worth spending money on, just answered some questions in the beginning and then u can’t continue without getting a subscription
This app diagnosed the same colour type for everyone in my family, even though we're clearly completely different types. My mother for example has warm skin, brown hair and brown eyes and gold jewellery suits her best. I am blonde, have green eyes, cool skin and cannot wear gold.
