dear styleseat developers, i hate the new algorithm that you’ve implemented that charges you 40% more (20% for service + automatic 20% gratuity) for your appointment because it’s a “high demand time slot”. and the nerve to add the messaging of “you can book another day to get regular pricing” actually, i can’t 😀 you don’t know my schedule. if i see that message for the time slot i need, im just not booking. period. i will find a stylist that uses a different booking system. there must not be many people developing this app that care about how they look and have events to attend. think about your users!!!! sincerely, a machine learning engineer who actually cares about their users 💜
