Bad service, unethical policy uodate communication
They’ve suddenly changed their returns fee to R30 and expect customers to be fine with that because in the smallest text on their email they said their policy has changed. This is the unethical practice I’ve come to expect from Superbalist. What’s worst is that Management just doesn’t see the problem with that. Then, don’t try to work with their customer short team. They’ve becomes unempathetkc and unprofessional. I’ve had someone say regarding my query “this is ridiculous” and snarky sarcastic comments, like “oh, wow”. Then, don’t try find an item that was returned but still shows as returnable. You will never see your money again. Superbalist is becoming the most disappointing e-commerce business and I’ve been loyal to them for years, so I really notice the steep decline.
