They advertise"if you buy two items you get extra 20% off", after select all the items I want it does shows the extra 20% discount, after I checkout and made the payment the extra 20% off was gone that only After I made the payment i realized they remove the extra 20% off, I contact them only thing they reply is it only for selected items........ all the items I bought is on those selected items they refuse to reply, but lawsuit it on the way!!!!

They’ve suddenly changed their returns fee to R30 and expect customers to be fine with that because in the smallest text on their email they said their policy has changed. This is the unethical practice I’ve come to expect from Superbalist. What’s worst is that Management just doesn’t see the problem with that. Then, don’t try to work with their customer short team. They’ve becomes unempathetkc and unprofessional. I’ve had someone say regarding my query “this is ridiculous” and snarky sarcastic comments, like “oh, wow”. Then, don’t try find an item that was returned but still shows as returnable. You will never see your money again. Superbalist is becoming the most disappointing e-commerce business and I’ve been loyal to them for years, so I really notice the steep decline.

Alway easy finding what I want, even when communicating with online support via the email platform the service has been very prompt and pleasant. Not had a bad experience yet in the long time I’ve been using this platform for shopping. Bless up❤️
