I’ve been shopping here for years. Never had a problem shopping, delivery nor returns. Excellent customer service. Keep it up.
I ordered a hoodie on the 18th of December and the estimated delivery date was the 24th of December. I usually get an SMS on the day of the delivery stating that my order is out for delivery but this time there was nothing. Later on the estimated day of delivery I received an email saying my order was delivered whereas I didn’t receive any order. I didn’t even receive a call from the driver, THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL!!! I called them and they said they escalated the matter and I haven’t received any feedback. I don’t trust this online store anymore, they just lost a customer!!!

Saddened that I ordered clothes for my daughter for Christmas and order was either delayed or assigned to an incorrect courier facility, all of this has happened without Superbalist showing any consideration or reaching out. I had to constantly email for updates and as I result I decided to cancel the order when they failed to deliver for the third time. This vender has become incompetent to say the least 👎🏾
I always used to buy at least r500 or more for free delivery , but now even with that amount I have to pay for delivery & but even more to get free delivery. I’ll rather by at bash from now on. As I’m a wheelchair user and this was convenient for me since I don’t have a regular job & cant afford to pay extra for delivery or go and collect my items. Very disappointed
Do not use this app to make purchases. When you purchase ANY item with a reduced fee Superbalist is happy to allow the purchase with the understanding that they will deliver the product that shows up as available to purchase on the app with NO stock problems. Once you’ve paid the price of the product increases drastically (in my case 3x the price I purchased the product for). I ordered a few products with the app telling me that they were available “last one left in your size” they tell you & email you. After the purchase the products suddenly get split into order 1/1 and order 2/1 because they tell you that there is a shipping issue and because visibly they want to deliver the products that they will profit off. After waiting an extensive amount of time for the products purchased in order 2/1 (a sudden division they created of your original order) it shows up as cancelled in your tracking your order tab. In my case the product was available for people to purchase this whole time but once I purchased it the price shot up! Section 17.1 of the Superbalist contract they make you sign applied directly to my case. “ Gross negligence & Wilful misconduct” is the clause in which they in which they promise to rectify the problem. I get that the are “just a selling agent” but Superbalist gives out these “discounts” & reduced prices. They take advantage of naive customers like myself who thought that the contract signed on their site was enforceable. What is clear to me as an extra profit motive. Delete the app. So disappointed with the way they continue to handle these situations- so that now customers must purchase the product again at a drastically increased price. After taking it up with them they didn’t want to do anything to solve these problems. Has happened to me more than once & is continuing to happen to others. I have been able to identify that this breach in the agreement is completely unethical - I hope others realise that this will happen to them & Superbalist, who provided the discount, now wants to take it away. The response I received after complaining & asking that the product be delivered at the price I purchased it was so disappointing. Rather go to the actual stores where they will not make you return the product once you’ve bought it & now increase the price 3x sue to a so called “supply issue” but you see that this whole time the product is available in the store & being purchased by others with the same expectation that this unethical scenario
