i bought some things to them , and it has taken more than 1 month to be delivered and its not here yet, because it has been returned for no reason. so then i contacted customer service and they say they cant reship it for free and now i have to paid 50% of the full price to get my item shipped. ridiculous , not to mention the shipping cost is outrageous compared to other agents. this is gabage.

Wouldn’t recommend using this company for buying products.

I previously used Panda but after they were taken down I needed a new agent. This agent has easy to use app, provides 3 free QC pictures, and offers reasonable shipping times and prices to USA. First order took 12 days to arrive. I recommend using their shipping expert service to save money on shipping prices.

One of my items was extremely fragile and broke while my first packaged got stabbed. Considerably the item inside survived but not sure how both items went. It could my fault since the items may be copies. I received my second order because I wanted the items quickly and I’m at my third. Currently afraid of the crisis of using taobao without a passport. So I choose this. I wish I could purchase this item. I’m on my first forward order. Which I found a way to bypass the forbidden links. On desktop it’ll show the original url hit copy before the error loads. I don’t like forwarding. So good to find the solution. I would assume the names are forbidden for their actual reference to forbidden titles. After over tax free declare limit. I sent one item tax free. And the other that are not tax free but will be held at over $140. It is a dangerous mission since I put mines with the forbidden items. On a regular shipping that was super expensive . Tax free was the same cost but limit is $100. I decided to buy more forbidden links. Superbuy doesn’t consider them forbidden. And this my first time trying to be take the forbidden across. Apparently I tried to make another dangerous purchase. Apparently the item is not forbidden in taobao. But forbidden in super buy. What kind of mess is that. :’( apparently i tried to find out if riddle meant anything. But Superbuy or others have blocked the brand name Disney. My seller used the word Disney. Which is the owner of the series with another company. This isn’t like a copied character. Officially released items with the word Disney!. I wanted to add the seller needs to be contacted if I were to attempt a bypass. Which I need to find out hows! They wouldn’t have the brand name. They would be parts of a figure. After reading. They claim I’m not supposed to declare the whole amount. $200 if I want to use the tax free line. :l mines a same amount shipping but with a high declare amount. Sadly I need multiple items from the same seller. Sadly the recommendation is to high.

I recommend the site than the actual app

It’s tempting to buy things from here but any sort of ocean line will have your package waiting in customs for months with agents telling you to wait longer. You’re better off using a different proxy service.
