昨天还可以用，今天当我要把物品加入购物车时就一直弹出去和要从新开启。我试着从新开开启电话和从新下载App也出现一样的问题。

The customer service is super slow, although they promise to reply in 24 hour, but it always take more than 1 working day to have further action. They generate the parcel number to pretend that they sent out the parcel but 4 days after that, it's still not trackable in courier website (i use dhl express). To be honest, i think they are only good in certain country, maybe us or china, but definitely not europe. I m pretty sure that they are not familiar with european address system. If you are ordering from europe, please avoid it at all cost, this is not the only service provider.

I previously used Panda but after they were taken down I needed a new agent. This agent has easy to use app, provides 3 free QC pictures, and offers reasonable shipping times and prices to USA. First order took 12 days to arrive. I recommend using their shipping expert service to save money on shipping prices.
