Awesome customer service

By far the most responsive and thorough customer service I’ve ever experienced. I wonder if that’s just an Asian standard because unless you’re shelling big bucks you won’t get that level of service in North America.

HIDDEN CHARGES BEWARE

I bought shoes from 1688 and paid with a VERIFIED PAYPAL account, I was charged 6cny per shoe local freight alongside 57cny by the company which is OUTRAGEOUS. They still insisted I must pay another 1087.3cny before they will ship my shoes. THE APP has many hidden charges especially when you use PAYPAL, they keep charging you for unknown services.
