SuperShuttle

I’ve used Super Shuttle at least thee times in the last three years for my annual trip to Disneyland. Now the app won’t book anymore. The contact page won’t open on Safari or Chrome because it can’t be trusted. Is it still in business??

Excellent service.

The App is intuitive and great. You can ever track your ride on GPS in real-time. It could use more info when flight hiccup occurs, or a chat function/speed dial with customer service.

The reason I give SS 3 ratings is that it took three hours to get to our hotel. I recommend Uber or Lyft for New York. Driver was superb but too many places to drop too many people off.

Just booked our shuttle day before trip, our driver was wonderful, right on time and a great cautious driver we had a great trip Thankyou Monsiff

Website often required to start again with all details lost. It would be good if you could add comment or note for driver.

Jamais plus je prendrai ce service. J’étais en voyage à Paris et j’avais ma confirmation avec Supershuttle pour un pickup à 9:05 mardi matin pour l’aéroport de retour au Canada. La confirmation stipulait que le pickup serait fait entre 9:05 et 9:20am. Nous étions prêts à l’extérieur avec nos valises à 8:50. On a attendu finalement jusqu’à 9:45 et aucun signe de Supershuttle. On a commencé à paniquer et par chance, un taxi passait et on a décidé de la prendre. On se sentait déjà beaucoup mieux. Alors par la suite on a écrit à Supershuttle pour expliquer la situation et obtenir un remboursement. Inutile de communiquer avec ces gens. Ils ont complètement ignoré mes 3 ou 4 courriels de réclamation. Je suis tout simplement indigné et je ne les recommande pas du tout.

Need to be able to track my ride, like UBEr. I had to call both legs of this trip for the 3 rd car.

Good instructions at LAX pick up area. Both driver to and from our hotel were good. Picked us up on time for return to airport
