SuperShuttle

On my trips to the USA I always try to use SuperShuttle. In general the service is easy to use and very satisfactory. Now the App makes booking even easier than it once was. I recommend the non-stop service if you can afford it. Excellent SUV

We booked this in advance through Expedia. The driver never came and cancelled our request for no reason, we were stranded at an airport in France bearing in mind it was winter (we are originally from the UK). They did not offer to send us another shuttle that we paid for!! The number they provided hung up on us multiple times and then proceeded to say “this number is no longer in use”. We had to therefore get a taxi which costed over 100 euros from the airport to our hotel. I am utterly disappointed as our emails and calls have been unanswered since. Do not book with this company!

All drivers have been 1st class , very helpful . Also I fly 18th at 14-00 from San Francisco. I need confirmation of collection time URGENTLY

Super smart app. First time user.

I have used SuperShuttle a few times now when flying into New York. Often underwhelmed by today’s technology, I cannot fault SuperShuttle for ease of booking on line, or for the flexibility when flights are delayed or late. You receiver texts in a timely fashion and confirmation instructions are clear. As a an older female, often travelling alone, you feel safe travelling with others in a shared vehicle. The Super Shuttle also represents very good value for money when compared for example to taking a taxi in New York. The drivers are courteous and helpful. Truly excellent service.
