Driver for this trip #420 on wed 23 oct made the extra effort to look for us at the hotel and connected well with us

Excellent service and able to assist when there is a typo error on the address to correct it when contacted. Reliable!!!

The app is good and interactive but needs more detailed information. We were not told there is a number to call after we touch down at the airport. Details on making a call at the Information counter and wait at door 16 would be very helpful. Your call line receiver can be more transparent on how long to expect vehicle to arrive and driver will flash my name would be helpful too so that we don’t have to wait in the cold outside door 16.

I can’t get the 12% for my 1st time booking using the app

The app is simple to use and the service is efficient. The shuttle came within 20mins after we had checked in at the pick up location. The only issue is to find the pick up location. The staff at the airport didn’t really know the pick up location.

Easy booking for a group from hotel to LAX

Used you guys the 3 years when I need bigger groups to fro from the airport! Always great! Thank you for your excellent service! And tonight thank you! Your Driver waited for us and then our luggage for 3 hours after the original pick time at the airport! Thank you!
