Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life
Hello! I use the application with Iphone 11 (IOS 16.1.1). Last month I saw, some activities disappeared in calendar, after someone likes it. When I looked for acitivity in my activity list and I edit it, the activity will be appeared again. I think it’s big problem for users, therefore I ask for you to correct this problem. If this problem have only I, please write me a text, how I correct it. Thank you for your answer and your helping!
Missing the shoe track of the app
It would be amazing if the running community would be able to add shoes to the app and connect them with the running IOT track the longevity of the pairs. Thanks!
Heart rate :(
I haven't been measuring my heart rate since the last update. It works during an activity. If I measure it works. but the chronological look is gone :( Mobile application is the latest. Clock software is also the latest (suunto 9)
Regardless, it costs 5 *, but please fix it!
Disgusted by your company policies
I have a Traverse Alpha watch, and you removed support for changing sport settings (i.e. the screens that are displayed by the watch when recording activities). Your help system is confusing, contradictory and unhelpful. How do I configure my my watch now?
You should be ashamed of yourselves, for the avarice you are as a company, because what you are doing is: planned obsolescence for chasing profits.
Lucky you support the latest gimmicks!
Why is missing “Use on watch” feature?
Without this, I am not able to upload routes to the watch...
Missing Running shoes km counter!
Im a runner, before my 1st suunto 9 watch, I used nike NRC app. I loved that I can register all my running shoes, and after every run I could attached that run(distance) to a shoes!
That way I could follow the runned distance for all shoes one by one! Im sure that you know what I am talking about!
I sont understand how you dont put that capability to your “smart” suunto app!
It is a desappointing failure...
Ambit3 incompatibility
Still dont work with ambit3...
Cannot...
Cannot sync Ambit3...
Cannot sync routes from movescount web...
Cannot use in-app created routes on watch
The only solution is: Suuntolink!
Then: what can be used for this app????
Kind of a beta version
Can’t import GPX files from iCloud or Google Drive using the import button within the app.
Can’t clear cached push notifications.
Can’t create custom sport modes based on default ones.
Travesty
I don’t think this swap of apps had been thought through thoroughly enough…
- Connecting to the new service is a hassle. Like manual BT unpair? Restart the phone? Also the fact that the sync from the old to the new database only comes in the spring shows how ready it is.
- When I try to sync my watch it finds 39 activities, then after one it fails to upload any. One upload takes several minutes and the progress bar is nigh useless in this regard. If the watch or the phone goes to sleep or the app goes to background the whole thing fails. What am I supposed to do, shake the watch and tap the phone repeatedly for an hour?
- When I try to open the one activity it managed to sync crashes the app…
I use an Ambit 3 watch.
