- Sweepy offers within the application a monthly or yearly subscription with a 3-days trial period.
- The trial period shall automatically convert into the equivalent subscription unless you cancel the purchase before the trial period expires.
- The payment for your subscription will be debited from your account after confirmation of your order.
- The subscription is automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period, so your bank account associated with your payment card will be debited via your iTunes account.
- You can stop the automatic renewal from your iTunes account at any time. To avoid unwanted renewal, please do so at least 24 hours before the subscription expiration date. There will be no refunds for the unused period of your subscription.

Good app

I like it, and I find it useful but the widget is not working. It says to connect it to internet and open it again and nothing works. Please fix this.

Useful

I like the free version of this app so far, there are some things I would change, like putting more labels on the progress bars for different amounts of completion and making a way of sorting tasks by difficulty like in a drop down menu but overall it’s a good app and it helps me keep track of what I have done and makes me want to do things I that I haven’t done more.

app won’t notify me :-(

The app layout is awesome and I paid for the subscription, but even though the notifications are on in both the app and my settings, it hasn’t sent one notification yet. The whole point for me was to have reminders sent to me and my partner. Anyone else had this problem?

Doesn’t work as intended

The app is glitchy and some features don’t work. When I was adding family members it only let me add one. I tried a few times on the first day and it just wouldn’t let me add another. On the second day I was able to add other family members. Setting up all tasks, scheduling and assigning takes a lot of time. There are no instructions or tips to assist. A lot of drilling down through screens is required when setting up the tasks. This is unnecessary and could be much more streamlined. The most unfortunate part is that after spending all the time to set up everything, dealing with glitches and figuring out how to best set everything up, the app isn’t reminding any of us of the required tasks except the global tidy up tasks! I set up a task for my son to vacuum his room, enabled notifications, scheduled it for today (I set it up yesterday) and he didn’t get any notification on his phone. When he goes into the app and filters his tasks, all he sees is the global tidy up of the washroom. He only sees the “get busy” for vacuuming his room if he opens that room and either scrolls through to find what needs to be done or filters for tasks needing to be done. That is not very helpful or convenient. I emailed the creator about the issues and mentioned the 3 day trial period is not nearly long enough. The response I received was that they think the 3 day trial is enough and reiterated that I need to turn on notifications and schedule the tasks. Not helpful at all. As I stated to them, if you have confidence in your product providing a longer trial shouldn’t be a problem.

Updating loses data

I started using this app several months ago and had many task lists in it, and today when I started it, it asked me if I want to make a new house or join a house. I already made a house, so it appears it lost my data. Note that I did not uninstall, but the app was updated. Not sure how to get my task lists back (trying to log in with various methods just asked if I wanted to create a new house), and I can’t find a way to contact the company to ask for help. It was a lot of work to make those task lists in the first place, so I’m uninstalling.

I like the update with the ability to purchase decorations for rooms, but I feel like the reward is not worth how many tasks need to be completed just to get enough coins to purchase something. Especially if not all the tasks you are doing are hard.

My house is clean, and easier to keep clean. And I enjoy keeping it that way! Thank you!

Facile de comprendre le fonctionnement et de créer des tâches pour chaque pièces! Je ne vois pas l’intérêt pour le moment de passer à Premium mais on verra dans le futur. La version gratuite est très utile! Je sens que ça va m’aider dans mes tâches quotidiennes! Merci
