Lost Data, App Keeps Freezing, Camera Freezes
Having just subscribed for yearly VIP it has lost all my saved documents scanned. It’s full of bugs and I can’t replace the scanned documents. They have all but gone.

What a mess
I’m reviewing the free / trial version… Like so many of these apps the freeware is virtually impossible to use it’s riddled with ads at every corner and many features are only available on the paid version. But I’m not about to pay £19 or so on an app I cannot properly trial! Why don’t they have a proper trial version full featured that I can actually use…
Great app turned into unusable
It used to be great app, called Scanbot. I had a full version, which happily used for years, until now. Without any notification full version of Scanbot turned into free version of Swiftscan. App is now showing annoying full screen ads with sneakily hidden close button. Developer replaced great app with annoying and useless. Very, very bad business practice.
Just takes a picture?
This app doesn’t scan anything. The description makes it seem as if it will automatically crop your scan like other scanner apps but it doesn’t do any of that. Literally it just takes a picture like with your normal camera. Total rip off, how do I get a refund? Thanks
Not working
Importing or scanning direct stopped working, no document appears 🤷🏻♂️

Update and downgrade
The latest update has slowed down the scanning, made it far less reliable and is just awful. Now it takes ages to detect a document and then includes areas around it. Often is out of focus. A real downgrade in capability. AVOID
Premium features removed!
I paid for this app before they decided to change to a subscription model. Now the premium features I paid for have been taken away! Constantly getting pop ups etc trying to get me to subscribe or pay £200 for something I’ve already paid for. Absolutely shocking.
Well designed and indispensable
I use SwiftScan to digitise all my documents and receipts.
Too expensive no way
The app bombards you within 5 seconds of opening the app to immediately upgrade to their premium version at a cost of £38 a year! Then you click no and it’s asks you again so you click no then because you did not pay them £38 there and then they fill your screen with ads this is all before even seeing if it’s any good. Sure ask me once if I want to upgrade after I’ve had a chance to use the app but demanding a £38 payment for a upgrade withi. Second of using the app is hostile and gross
