機器が設定できない
カーテンの設定ができません。リセットボタンも違う位置、形です。最新バージョンなのに。。。
カメラが止まる
最近頻繁にカメラモニターが止まって不便
アプリとサイトのシステムが別
アプリとサイトのシステムが別とのことで、アプリを先に使ってしまうと最悪です。 AppleIDで登録できるのに対応が悪すぎて。 商品を購入したら、確認メールもなく、何も連絡がない。 サポートもたらい回しにされて結局商品が届くかどうかわからず、返品もできず。 ただただストレス。 システムから作り直した方がいいのでは？
不具合
ソフトアップデートしたらプラグミニの電源ONだけオートメーション化できない不具合発生。この手の製品は動きが怪しい製品は多いが比較的まともだったと思っていたのにお前もかという感じ。
以前より自動施錠されない
電池交換、アップデート、取り付けの設定し直し、試しても改善されない。長く使えないものだった、てことですか？シール貼り付けしたから取り外しするにも力のある人呼ばなきゃ取れそうにもない。面倒ごとが増えてしまって困っています。
挙動が不安定すぎる
部屋の電気を消すのに何分もかかるくらいなら、直接スイッチを切りに行った方がマシです。すぐ反応する時もあるし、そうじゃない時もある。(家のWi-Fiはどちらの時も問題なし)解決方法も調べてもよく分からず。
すぐにオフラインになる
Switch bot製品をいくつか利用してますが、一番不便なのは見守りカメラがすぐにオフラインになること。人感センサーの反応があってアプリで確認しようとしてもラグがあってすぐに確認できない。本当に不便。
動かなくなったね
オートシーンが１週間前くらいから無反応ですね iPhone12 mini
