New software update issue
All my devices that were connected on this IR remote stop responding with most recent software updates. Please fix asap. I don’t even remember if I still have there original remote. My life ruined.

Half a Gigabyte & A Kilobyte of functionality
Optimize the size of this app, it’s truly bloated and wasteful. Functionality is often slow and clunky. Lots of points of failure. Could be rebuilt from the ground up at this point
Great for Guitars!
I use this to measure humidity in my acoustic guitars. Much more accurate than most stuff on Amazon & pretty much all of the “made for guitar” hygrometers.
App drains all my battery
If I don’t kill the all it drains all my battery overnight

My previous lengthy detailed review was deleted so I'm just gonna have to leave one star because of that. Unethical. Never ending randomly appearing back to back bugs for months now rendering app and devices useless: Automations stopped working; Incorrect temperature readings; buggy 3rd party integrations; keeps logging me out; most rep help is incompetent. **YES: delete/re-ad didn’t solve; every type device software/firmware is confirmed updated.
Unreliable app and devices
Its app is unreliable and automatically switch off the selected on/off schedule.
I believe I’ve been scammed
I purchased the Wallet Finder some weeks ago, and just got around to trying to set it up today. The necessary app demands my SwitchBot account - but does not allow me to create one. The help documents were useless. I found my way to the website, but even there, links to create an account would not open, nor would the offered ‘verification’ link, scamfully misspelled ‘verfication.’ I will be taking this purchase up with my credit card company.
Useless app
I bought expensive SwitchBot so I can open drapes from office but it’s not working. There is no way I can schedule. There is not connection between Alexa or google.

Easy to install and operate.
Latest update
I love this app until this update. I am all about metrics and being able to see as much info as possible in a snap. For the smart plugs I unsee to be able to see that the plugs were drawing power from the dashboard. They took that away in the latest version and no idea where I can see this data now. I manage properties remotely and this was a great little feature.
