Doesn’t work

Says it’s added the sensor, then says I have no devices, so the sensor is completely useless. Also does not work via HomeKit. Don’t waste your money on their devices.

Can’t even set up my hub!

Setting up my new hub 2 just gets stuck on the naming part because it fails to upload! It also doesn’t let me click on “Pick a room”!

Latest version has issues

App was working decently until latest update (downloaded 6/6/24) - connect to device takes 30+ seconds, wiped out my prior saved schedules, updates to the saved schedule caused the title to be blank…. Some serious software issue?!

Is this company legit?

I bought the curtain 3 and it won’t even let me install it in the app. Not so great first impression. When I press bluetooth button to pair it then gives you two options. 1 is to open the curtain from one side and the second option is to open from middle. I chose 1 side and the confirm button doesn’t work. Takes you no where. Please fire your developers immediately, if a button is not working I can’t imagine how chaotic and unorganized your entire company is.

Frequently logs me out and deletes schedules

Every few weeks, I’m kicked out of the app and all my schedules are gone. Utter garbage, sorry I wasted money on this.

SwitchBot Blind Tilt Grouping (Beta)

When is this going to work? It’s been over a year. This seems to be the only way to control groups of Blinds with Google Home Assistant.

Items will not stick to room

What the point of having rooms and spend time time sort your items if every-time you close the app everything is removed and store in “Not in any room” This affect both Apple and Android app :(

Watch an ad before opening your door

If you just purchase their lock for your door, return immediately! They are now putting ads in their app so you have to see ads before opening your door. Very predatory design cause they out the ads where the unlock button was so you click on the ads out of habit too!

Was working okay.

It worked okay, other than the issue with telescoping rods. However now after the last update we did the switchbot no longer closes the curtain all the way : /

New update 👎

This app has worked perfectly but now new update will not allow me to do automation without a hub
