I love this!
I never knew how a tiny thing can be so useful. I am currently using my switch bot on my AC and it’s a life saver.

Good product regarding value /quality
Devices keep disconnecting!
After the latest update - sep 2023- the devices keeps disconnecting every couple of hours, I have to go through the setup all over every few hours for the switchbot and the hub, also the "nearby devices" feature has been removed for God knows why, get your stuff together already.
Update 6.26
After the latest update 6.26, the AUTO SCENES associated with Motion sensors are not working, the switchbots are not ON or OFF automatically when the motion sensors detect/ not detect motion !! Please resolve this issue as soon as possible
Updated review: Amazing devices and app!
Great app, very performant devices, a very good ecosystem! The huge download size of the app is the only downside, which the developer has assured they’re working to improve!
Not user friendly
Your app for the switchbot at least i dont know about the rest, is not user friendly. Where is the on/off button? I keep trying to use the app to switch it on/off and it takes me long time for it to respond, compared to other smart devices that works faster and is user friendly like sensibo.
Important feature
Your app is good but you need to add 1 feature which is in schedule for curtain you must add current location sunset and sunrise so it schedules in sunset and sunrise.
