Cannot backup auto
You need to open app for backup. Turn on background refresh or turn on notification but it’s not work. I buy NAS for backup family photo but it’s not work

I can’t find pictures by searching
Please update can OCR can read txt and detect photos by searching a keyword.
Love the app, it works seamlessly
This could potentially replace my iCloud for my family. Great photo app
Please add delete option “Delete from phone only”
Please add delete option “Delete from phone only” as we have NAS *to backup*. Why only have delete from phone and nas and delete from nas only? Think about user who want to delete some photos to free up space on the phone after backup but still want photos that’s already been backup on NAS still be existing.
Not working after the latest update
The app get stuck on updating database screen since the recent update. It has been months that I cannot back up my photos.
Slow backup
Focus backup features does not work , it can upload two parallels only. it should be more than two.
Crash after update
This app start to duplicate back up whole photo in my phone after I complete back up
Problem with apple tv
Have to log in with 6-digit code every times when open app and also have to choose remember this device every times.
Video upload problem
Video cannot be uploaded.
